🎥 ‘The Swan Valley Project - Part 1: The Campaign Begins’
We join DNA videographer, Ricardo Teixeira, as he begins his campaign on famous Yateley venue, Swan Valley Lakes, a venue said to contain approximately 10 old, gnarly 40-pounders and around 50 back-up 30 thirties. However, at nine acres in size and home to a number of snags and places for the fish to hide away, this is anything but an easy venue and Ricardo will need to be at the top of his game over the course of the season to get amongst the jewels this venue has to offer.
Ric takes us through his whole approach to fishing a water for the first time, beginning with swim selection, feature finding and baiting strategies.
Keeping in with tradition, Ricardo begins his campaign on the local Yateley café, but will it bring him luck right from the off?

Just for clarity, the rules state no rods to be left unattended but when you just set up the washing line rig, your rods were left unattended…

@DNADIGITALTV My answer to not being allowed to use zigs is so simple nobody has done this trick in years instead of using zigs put your controller float on & then fish a bottom bait 1ft or 2ft under the surface like a reverse zig rig using a bottom bait that way when you hook a fish the controller float has some resistance to drive the hook home when it is pulling against the water with the bait however long your hook link is under the surface trust me give this trick & go beat the zig ban & thank me later 😉 😀 😜
