I could happily spend Christmas in either of those places. If I had a kitchen as nice as the one in the second house, I might even get incentive to bake! The use of the cup hook and earring backs for a faucet and taps is pure genius. I have some Hallmark kitchen ornaments I display on shelves, but am now thinking of building a dollhouse to display them. Thanks for the inspiration.

Thank you for your kind words! These houses are available through Greenleaf dollhouses (easy to find on the internet). The instructions can be daunting, but do not be discouraged; there are numerous sites posted by fellow builders that will walk you through the construction via pictures and tips. The early steps and stages are boring but necessary; suddenly it will start to take shape and the house will 'talk to you'. Your magic and vision will result in a creation you will enjoy for years to come. Good luck!
