So grateful that this is on KZread, I was gutted I couldn’t make the event! Thank you Clarins & Caroline! My mum still misses the Extra Comfort range, but she’s loving the velvet milk so far!

The new products are ok but I don't like them as much as the old products that I had used for a really long. Rather heartbroken. I was excited about the oil but it irritated my eyes. I really don't like the foaming cleansers compared to the old Extra Comfort cleanser. I miss the scent of the old products too.
