A ton of blitz defense from the Giants. That gave Baker and the Panthers a lot of pressure as the O-Line struggled to keep up.

Well, G Men did catch some lucky breaks so far. The first one against Tennessee was a case of Ny almost losing the game the exact same way as they have lost many in the last few years, on a late drive to a field goal. Just this time, the Titans whiffed on the kick. I was more impressed with this win. Also helped that the Panthers had some terrible ball handling skills and the Giants were able to force some fumbles. Cowboys might get Prescott back for week 3, but who knows? I don't expect the Giants to clean house and make a serious run at the Super Bowl, I'm just glad for ANY wins at this point!

Right season still early but if I'm the giants im not tanking games for a high draft pick they're 2-0 right possibly 3-0 if they take care of the cowboys I would definitely try and battle in this division Daniel Jones idk if he is the guy but he has a chip on his shoulder that he can be the qb for them

I was there for that game! My first ever NFL game. My Panther Fan friend went along w/ me (the Giants fan). It was such a great experience, and amazing atmosphere. We really enjoyed the game! I’m glad the Giants fans came out to root the team on. It really got the house loud! Go BigBlue! ✊🏼

Nice to see David sills playing went from legendary high school quarterback to red zone machine in college,to finally getting playing time

In all fairness the oline didn’t do him any favors.

It crazy how we lost these same type of games for years. Even with different coaches, we was always right there in games but lost cause of poor coaching. Thank God those days are over, plus he's old school, if you don't know the play book,, not in gadge, not blocking for other ppl , your not gonna play. Love the New Culture

The Panthers must run the ball more. Their O Line seems better blocking for McCaffrey slicing through than protecting Mayfield.

I don't know if it will last for the Giants but here is a good start to the new season. What a pleasant surprise(!)

Every time Barkley gets the ball, I wince a little. Dude has been injured so many times. Just hoping he finishes the season without something catastrophic happening.

I’ve backed Rhule thru the first 2 years giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was rebuilding. After the first two games, Rhule and McAdoo have made it very clear where the problem lays. This team is too talented to go to waste yet year in and year out that’s exactly what we do, waste talent.

Matt Rhule gets outcoached in every game he's in, it's painfully obvious. A very specific example was Stefanski getting Rhule to call timeout just before half to guarantee them 3 pts instead of the Browns going for it on 4th and 7 and potentially not getting anything before the end of the half. The difference was a field goal. Also Mcadoos playcalling is pretty suspect.

I'm not a Baker fan, but no QB could do well with that shitty of O-Line

Cowboy fan here. Congrats to being in first place 2 weeks into the season. Been a few years. I looked over the schedule of the NFC East and it seems that both the Cowboys and the Eagles have an easier road this year and the Commanders, well they're still up and coming. All four teams desperately need better QB's if we're going to be competitive. I've lost faith in Dak and my eyes tell me truth about the other three. But, if at the end of the season the Giants are still in it, no one can say they didn't earn it. Good luck to the boys in blue. Cowboy fans are gonna have to wait until Jerry dies before we can entertain hope again.

@@kheaden1 I am old enough to remember all the Cowboy's Superbowls. Great teams all! But since the fiasco with Jimmy, Jerry's ego can't get out of his own way. He's a great businessman but he sucks as a GM and, *cough* as a coach. His pride and ego wasted the years of Tony Romo. That ate at me like a cancer. I won't watch games anymore. Just the highlights. Do I want the Cowboy's to rule the East? Absolutely! I hope that they obliterate the Giants next week. Do I believe its going to happen? The answer to that is a resounding "NO!"

Right, but Leonard williams out indefinitely. He makes that front 7 work, eventually the league will figure out Wink's trickery, it's only a matter of time. Hopefully KT will become the new X factor. Giants in desperate need of a big name, energizing defender

Panthers need to give CMC more touches. They win when he has like 20+ carries. I understand you don't want him to get hurt, so up him from 15 to 20. Week one he had like 10 carries. Baker has to put CMC on his right so he can be a relief valve. We have lost one of the best in Greg Olson as a TE, but can these young TEs catch a few so Baker has some confidence in ya?

Baker mayfield 0-2 since leaving the browns feels good

In many ways these teams are the same. Defensive-minded teams with prove-it quarterbacks, poor receiving corpses, a bunch of unknown tight ends and stellar running backs. Nobody expected anything of either team, but both are showing they can hang with the big boys

Правда в соперниках была команда, атака которой не ставила перед обороной Джайнтс сложных задач. В атаке Джайнтс смотрелись слабо, продвигали мяч с большим трудом, у Джонса (QB) долгий релиз для конвертного квотербека

This is the Baker we watched in Cleveland. He'll have a couple REALLY good throws in a game, but overthrow simple passes or make the receiver do some acrobatics that hurts the timing. Or he just holds the ball too long and takes a sack. Wait until around week 4 when he starts getting desperate and throwing picks. The guy is average at best. The Browns offense is doing better with Brissett and no Laundry and Beckham.
