The offense ain't even in this discussion we all know what that was last year😏

Burns very rarely lined up and beat guys. I don't get where that narrative is coming from. Half his sacks are from breakdowns by the Oline where Burns comes in untouched and it's always either the first series in the game or late when the panthers are getting blown out. Burns wasn't, isn't, and never will be that guy

Burns mid AF... 2nd highest paid edge, & one of the highest paid players in the nfl🙄while doing nothing😂he's already played through at least half of his best yrs, & has 1 double digit sack season to show for it... Now he's off to a bad Giants team thatll miss the playoffs, & draft a new QB next yr.. They shouldve used that 30m on other positions like we did😂i doubt Burns will be on the team past yr 3

I'm not sure about all that. It's perfectly ok to recognize that Burns is a great player and also that he wasn't a good fit on the team moving forward. He got his bag, Panthers got some holes filled, everybody wins.

I’d still like to get a true nose tackle. Tuttle is undersized and didn’t play well last year.

I always want a more complete DE than not. Burns sucks at stopping the run so if we can get guys who are decent at pass rushing and can stop the run we will be better off. That is why I love the moves Dan Morgan has done so far.

But if we still had burn it would be beast

I feel like we missed an opportunity to say “Built from the Clown up” 😂

We've watched how 1 Edge by himself does nothing for a DL. It's not that Wonnum isn't an answer its just that we needed another guy across from him. Drafting an Edge is definetly an option tho especially since Clowney is getting up there in age.

Typically former Panther stars do better else where; CMC, DJ Moore, Baker, HR, ect. More times than not they have the last laugh. We’re a terrible franchise that has alot of executive leadership issues that need to be worked out before we can crap on any former players like Burns.

Burns wasn’t an all pro for a reason! He wasn’t that guy and will not be missed for $30 mil a year!
