Every time I listen to this song, tears flow freely. Sang it when was my son was admitted in the hospital consecutively for 8 times. Am greatful before God even after he was diagnosed with meningitis God held him. Was able to walk and is slowly catching up

Watching this in 2022, Its my prayer that God answered you..

My mother passed on the 12.2.2021 after battling cancer. I remember she used to listen to this song as she prayed. In her last minutes, she said,” let his will supersede mine” she rested smiling. This is a very sentimental song to me.

This song reminds me of when I used to live alone in Uthiru 87 Junction. Then GOD told me to go back to my parents home in Korogocho. For seven year I stayed with my parents it was not comfortable but today I am reminded of the faithfulness of GOD. He gave me a business, I was blessed by my parents when I left home. And GOD is giving me a family. GOD who fights for me.

Born and raised catholic. I had just been admitted to high school. Form one.Somehow Jesus managed to use this song to reveal himself to me during C.U services. 12 years down the line. Took me a lot of struggles to change the denomination. Somehow, just somehow He managed to save me. I listen to this song now and I say if it were not for the Spirit that ministered to me back in form one through this song, I wouldn't be a born again Christian as we speak.

I Love 💕 this song, I heard it from my roommate back then when was a university student 🎉🎉 dispite the fact that i hear less of Kikuyu, it's has been a blessing ❤to me🎉❤

My late father in law really loved this song,we would sing it in every family gathering,he died in 2019 singing it at Coptic hospital and upto date my kids call it "wimbo wa guka"😭 rest in peace Daddy 😭😭😭😭😭🙏

The good news is that she recently released the Swahili version of this song, entitled, "Mtetezi ".

This song makes me remember my mum❤️❤️❤️. It's now been exactly 2months as of today since her passing🥺 & it still feels like she's here with us everytime i hear this song that she always loved singing around the house & when doing chores. The one who fights for me,it's been a month since I lost my mum,it hurts but the Lord has continued to give us strength through this difficult journey.

2020&2021 have been tough years. This song is everything to me at these times. I know God got me and its gonna be alright at the end of it all.

My marriage is struggling, my business is struggling, my career crumbled, but everything happens for a reason. I am holding onto this song and I know I will be back to give a testimony. Thanks Carol for this song. He will fight for me, these tears will transform to joy soon
