This is #3 iteration of Carnivore Pizza and I've gotta say that it's my best one yet. I did a little critical thinking on what the flaws were of the other ones, and I've figured out that moisture is the enemy. It's not perfect, but I'm on the right track! Chicken crust recipe
Crust
8 oz cooked ground chicken
4 oz mozzarella
1 oz ground pork rinds
1 egg
1) Add everything to your food processor and blend on high for about 1 minute until a dough has formed.
2) Cook on medium in a non-stick pan until well browned or about 5 minutes
Alfredo Sauce
1 Cup Heavy Cream
¼ Cup grated parmesan
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp salt
1) Add your cream to a pan over medium heat. Let reduce by half or until big bubbles start to form ~3 minutes.
2) Turn the heat off and slowly stir in your parmesan cheese. This will help keep it from breaking
3) Season with salt and pepper to taste
Assembly
1) Add 3 large tbsp of your alfredo sauce to your crust. Spread evenly
2) Place down about ¼ cup of mozzarella around your pizza
3) Place down bunches of prosciutto randomly.
4) Put the pan under a high broiler for about 3 minutes to let the cheese brown and the prosciutto crisp up.

I’ve been carnivore for about 5 months now due to a rare autoimmune disease I have that brings pain, fatigue, nerve issues and finally, paralysis…. That carnivore diet keeps my disease at bay and the symptoms nonexistent. I’ve been eating steaks and hamburgers for months. I definitely need a change! Thank you for this! Can’t wait to try it!!

@@dkcj79 I'm on week 2 of carnivore. I've had a bad case of chronic kidney stones my whole life. I'm tired of being sliced and diced and spending time in pain and/or in the ER. Carnivore is my hail Mary. I've tried everything else!

@@dkcj79 It's been an easy transition so far. I was already eliminating sugar and trending hard towards carnivore style eating. I'm so happy to hear the gains you've having doing it too!
My husband is a chef and he is helping me to transition over to a 100% carnivore diet. I shared your video with him and we are going to give this a try. He said that if you would add a dash or two of nutmeg to your alfredo sauce it will bring it to a new level! Just thought I'd share. Thanks for doing what you do. A tabelspoon of Dijon mustard to your sauce will give it a Gordon Blue twist too .
I was not successful cooking this crust in a frying pan. I put it on a cookie sheet with parchment paper, baked at 400 until it was about to brown on top. Came out great, thanks for the dough recipe.

I have to try harder to make a few crust ahead of time. In a ideal situation I would have at least a week's worth of just the crust done and individually frozen at all times for quick assembly when I want a pizza or want to make a few for the house. Nothing worst than having to do a recipe start to finish while in bed. But I like how you usd ground chicken. That cuts a lot of cutting the whole chicken steps out. God willing I will start by just making a crust or two a day.

Good Sir. I tried your recipe tonight. I make chicken flour in bulk, so I exchanged it ounce for ounce with your ground chicken. I added an addition egg and 2 Tbs of water to complete the dough. It turned out wonderful. So flavorful and authentic. I truly appreciate that you are a classic chef by training and give such insightful hints. I sincerely love how clean and concise your videos are. Having to sift through a 20min video for the maybe 5min of actual content is always a pain with many carni recipe videos, but not here! I've been working my way through trying several carni pizza crusts (cloud bread, fatty cloud bread, and pork rinds + cheese + egg have been tried so far and found wanting in various ways), and this is definitely on the list. I should really do these more often. One thing that really surprised me the first time was how quickly I was full, so it's a good thing we didn't make a BIG pizza.
Best pizza topping: cook some wings with hot sauce, de-bone them, cut them up to add as a topping, then toasters struddle a dressing on top (prob a way to do the dressing full carnivore)
My crust came out totally fail and fell apart in the pan. I was disheartened, til hubby said " That looks and smells so good, I'm sure you can make something out of it!" In the spirit of not wanting to waste a pound of ground chicken and all that cheesy goodness, I added 3 extra eggs, a couple of generous dashes of soy sauce, and we ended up with some Chinese style stir fried chicken and eggs, it was so good! So if this doesn't work out for you folks, don't be scared to transform it into something yummy! Turning fails into wins! We now have a new carnivore dinner recipe to add to our repertoire too!
Spicy Italian sausage for sure. Keep making these. I'm about to start Carnivore... I just finished day 1. Wish me luck

About a month and half in and down 12 pounds. Best diet out there. Just watch your kidneys with all the protein!! Best of luck to you all

@echofoxtrotwhiskey1595 3 months now. Depression gone. Numerous inflamed joints healed. Chronic acid reflux with a chronic cough healed. Sleep better...no more 2am bathroom trips. Sooooo much energy. Down 47lbs. 216 to 169. Feel amazing

My attempts to go carnivore have been unsuccessful because I haven't done proper preparation. Put together a Carnivore pantry, get electrolytes, gather recipes make meal plans. I haven't eaten tomato in years because of nightshades causing pain in those with Lupus. Thanks for what looks like a tasty pizza.

Delicious! My pan wasn't as non stick as I would have liked for the flip. Pieced it back together and good to go. Crispy coming out of oven. Pepperoni with tomato paste smear and cheese. Next time I'll do alfredo sauce and shrimp.

Super easy crust is to butterfly cut a chicken breast by slicing in half but not all the way through. Looks sort of like a wobbly heart shape. Pound flat with a meat mallet or use a dinner plate to slightly flatten. Put into oven safe pan or cookie sheet. Brush top with fat of your choice. Spread sauce on top. Sprinkle cheeses. I like goat feta and moz. Whatever topping you have and more parmesan. Bake in med-hot oven 20 minutes or until meat is cooked through. I like using my airfryer instead of an oven. Yum.

This crust looks perfect! I made a Valentine's Day pizza using cloud bread as a crust, but it's not quite the same. 😂 It was delicious though, and I'm excited to try this crust recipe!

Thank you for pioneering carnivore Alfredo Pizza. It just occurred to me that Alfredo sauce is perfectly carnivore for a LOT of applications....ie over chicken, fish meats. Didn't think of that before. Huzzah.
We made this as a treat. It was yummy!
Favorite toppings: extra cheese, all meat. or yuppie: mozzarella, tomatoes, fresh basil, -garlic,+mushrooms
Love the white sauces, but you have to pair that with ground pork sausage with some fennel. In a past life some canned mushrooms too... but...

Interesting way to make a pizza. We are giving it a try. I am starting the carnivore diet. I'm usually about 80% carnivore anyways. Look forward to seeing more recipes.
I followed this to the letter and it was good but very rich. The mistakes I made were, I used a cast iron skillet and not a non-stick pan (because I was afraid of putting my pan in the oven) I didn't use enough pork grinds and my "dough" was a lt wetter then I used all the alfredo sauce so it was super rich. Don't get me wrong, it worked, but I just need to execute it better and smarter. Loving the recipes and carnivor diet overall.
