Thank You for the walk around. I believe that the front decks on 7and 9 go all the way across the front. I could be wrong, but on other ships, the deck covers the front. Above the bridge on deck 9, it jets out to the side also on other ships. They may have changed it on the Horizon. Thanks again for taking your time to do this

Exactly. I very undiscovered place on the ship. Even crew members onboard dont know about it.

I’m on the ship today and was sooo excited to go see this secret deck and the doors are locked 😢😞

Yes, I decided to re shoot the video again.

3:42 - Weird. Why are there rotating door locks accessible from OUTSIDE the ship? Are you allowed to deny access to the balcony for a brief period of time to have the seats to your party and yourself? Then basically, a maitre d' with a skeleton key unlocks it and asks you to let someone else use the balcony?

Looks like a great place to secretly smoke a cigar!

I have a question that area outside when you look out the ocean view window. Can people be out in that area where those banisters are and see into your window. And also is it really Rocky up there on Deck 14. We are thinking about booking a Cloud 9 Spa room for 2020

it is well known that the higher you are the more movement you feel. its not really that noticeable though. depends on if your prone to seasickness or not. You carn't see back into the widows from a distance or as you walk by. If you really went up to them and peeked directly into them with your head against the glass you could. but its not something people do.

i sailed the horizon in june and stayed on deck 14. i went to find this secret deck but the door was locked. :(

Blogging Trucker Trusted Reviews Thanks so much. I am already staying on deck 9, but if that deck is locked for some reason, I will go up to the deck 10 deck, and walk down to my deck on 9. Those stairs are right beside my 9th floor cabin. Great idea. Naturally I will be sure first that the crew did not lock it due to wind safety. Thanks again!

Where the hell was you going with this video you put secret extra credit in the last 20 seconds of video what the hell wanted to see walk around in secret area and who gives a crap about New York Should label video sight seeing harbor at New York
