It is always such a delight in listening to this young vainika gayaka making Vainikagayaka Guruguhan proud. This time especially in the brilliant company of H K Vineeth, one of the finest -- maybe even the best -- mridangam artistes these days. Beginning with Surati onto Kapi!!, Begada and then Darbarikanada culminating in Purandaradasa's Chandrachuda sivasankarapahi !!! I was in pure heaven as the sun is mild and vibrant here in the Californiaa Central Valley town of Manteca. Narayanakurup Kanthikumar 3/30/19 6pm wishing the three artistes long life for successful careers.

Why not give more opportunities for young talent from Karnataka instead? There are lot of them out there!
