She seems so genuine and honest with her feelings. She doesn’t sugarcoat and I think that’s an amazing quality when it comes to her fans being able to connect with her. Her ability to not allow her fame to go to her head and to remain grounded, honestly makes it so easy for her fans to feel like she’s just a woman with the ability to help others express their feelings through her songs, which helps bring comfort and closure to whatever is happening in life at the moment.
