What I love so much about Carlo is that he gives all of us hope that one day we can become saints even if we are not nuns, monks or priests. I always enjoy listening to Antonia. What an honor to see and hear from a Saint’s mother. I couldn’t help but laugh when she was talking about our vanity for beauty creams. I think all women are guilty of this including myself. Carlo really was/is a special boy. I have a 15 year old who’s heart is closed to Jesus and the faith. Since I learnt on You Tube how a new special Soul existed on earth and died as an adolescent, I got interested and watched the many videos about Carlo Acutis. Then, I tried to ask him if he was close, if he could read my mind. I started to feel in frequent contact with Carlo. I even started to call him "Carloto", with no reason. It just came... I have a surgery that I fear and I’ve been postponing. Now, with the presence of Carlo in my thoughts, my fears are leaving... I started by feeling a deep sorrow in my ❤ for the death of such a splendid young one. I was thinking of Carlo’s Mama’s distress in mourning for her unique son...😢I still couldn’t change such sadness, though. Therefore, I find this Lady very brave😊

I realized similarly, taking children of 15-17 years old to church, but my husband did not want me to argue over this with them, because they would hate it later, but I would see fruitfulness. Very sad, my stand was until 18 years old. The couple must be loving, yet firm, and of the same understanding, and can then make it a family outing too after church, creates for a strong bond! I saw it with my parents. They were not questioned. Their word had weight!!!!! Yes, how many can even afford to go to Jerusalem. Unfortunately in the US the Churches are locked all the time. You can’t pay a visit to Jesus here, unless the priest opens up adoration in his parish . I worked to spread adoration of the Eucharist and it took me 6 mos to get a yes to start Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration. I had to move from that city, but the chapel is still open 25 yrs now. Thank you Mrs Acutis for sharing your faith!
