Daryl, you got it right in that post-Carl Cox is Dj Royalty well said you know what you're talking about my friend, people talk in negative ways about Carl Cox which is a bad mistake when saying it to people who know their stuff, Carl Cox is unique in how he makes up original beats on a dime which is a skill I don't see all the time a lot of DJs have the mixing preset and all is needed is getting the mix in beats right, there are loads of good DJs out there but not many on the dime creators as good as Carl Cox...God Bless You All.

While I mostly agree, sometimes you need to bring the energy down.. If not for the audience - for yourself to be able to keep this awesomeness for longer. But he just doesn't care, sometimes it looks like the guy is resting while mixing and working while not xD And with his reputation.. That may actually be true. Truly a legend.
