This looks great! I can’t wait to see the finished product. You may just be able to start building custom cargo campers for a living.

Thanks for watching! I’m going to have some more videos on finishing up my cabinet install and I’ll be adding some more cabinets to my trailer. I’m glad this video was helpful.

Nice job Tim. You did better with the V nose cuts than I did with mine! Going to use some of your ideas with the rest of my build.

I know pocket drilling and glueing is the new wave. Seems like more trouble than its worth. But i just pre drilled and screwed mine together its strong as can be.

I’ve done it that way before, nothing wrong with it. I actually had just purchased the Kreg pocket jig and was the first time using it. The jig I bought made it pretty easy. Easier than the cheaper ones. Thanks for watching.

Tim watching the cabinet install I was also paying attention to the insulation i could see... what thickness foam board did you use and now that you know know what you know... would you use more, or is it enough ? Whats the coldest and hottest temps youve stayed out in testing it ? Thanks

What type /size of screw are you using? my enclosed trailer already has walls and I want to use the right screw for the most strength. Do you drill right into the plywood for the upper cabinets or do you try to anchor it to one of the ribs/steel studs inside the walls? Thanks!

I just used regular wood screws that I had (2”)and screwed into the plywood wall. Make sure you don’t use too long of screws as you don’t want them putting dimples on the outside skin.

Hard to tell in the video, did you frame the counters with 2x2 or 2x3? I wanna keep mine as light as possible. Thanks. Also great job!!

They are 2x2’s. No issues at all.

Thanks for this. Really simplifies the process! Also, are those 2x4s on the top and 2x2s for the rest of the framing? Or did you use 2x2s for everything?
