oh cool! I've unloaded these and always wondered how they load them

It's crazy how they load another couple layers ABOVE the cargo holds, with just tarps holding them in place??? Seems like it might be a problem with that top cargo shifting in rough seas no? I mean....it doesn't look like the load is really fastened down very well. But I guess they know what they're doing. insane how our global commerce works and the logistics of all of it.

Anyone who've been done or seen the loading of coal in the vessel using skips please share with me.
