I used to commute 12 miles through London rush hour traffic on a bike and going down the white line is the easiest way to go. Only in London you would have vehicles coming towards you too on much narrower roads. You have to have faith in other drivers to give you space though and that can be daunting on busy roundabouts. I had a double deck bus driver say to me, "You're going to get your legs broken mate." I also used to have a fog horn as a hooter. They are small horns on top of a cylinder of compressed air like a hair spray can. They give off 120 db of noise like a lorry/truck. That wakes drivers up who are not paying attention. Can you imagine being a passenger in the front crate. That would be some crazy ride. Do a video from that angle as if the camera is a first person view of the passenger sat in the crate.

I live in a very hilly town, I am always surprised at how flat NYC is. Thanks for the video.

Chain may be stiff, needing lube. Stiff chain tends to follow [sprocket or chain ring or pulley] & wrap around, also tends to not flex laterally for derailling.

Nate Leef one fix is to upload the video in advance, but with visibility set to private. One can schedule the "public release" to, let's say, 2-3 hours later. KZread will render all sizes in the meantime.

No traffic rule, no stop at red light. I dont like it.

No offense but you guys should be stopping at those red lights. Granted you got lucky with little traffic, but had someone you slipped between decided to move, or some asshole comes flying through their turn, they could hit you and then it would seemingly be their fault. Only for your headcams to then reveal that you blew through streetlight after streetlight at max speed and split multiple crosswalks of pedestrians in half. Bikes or not, normal people still have the right of way over you, so you should stop and let them pass to completion at the very least. Cool footage tho.

I can see how you make the street work for you, but I think you should be removed.

That's some of the worst cycling I've ever seen. Running red lights. Weaving all over the road. Shooting through occupied pedestrian crossings. Going the wrong way along roads. No wonder some people hate bicycle users.
