This CPR demo is based on Philippine red cross and this is the CPR followed by TESDA and NC2 assessor and this is correct, if you want to pass NC2 for caregiving follow this CPR demo. But if you compare this to American Heart CPR demo and the latest regulation , the counting differs because of the latest updates. Just bear in mind Philippine Red cross is different from AHA, and even NHS has slight differences. So follow the regulations where you want to accredit your profession.
