I began my employment at 15:00 today, where we were briefed on the company's culture, which emphasizes equality as a fundamental core value. They asserted that all employees are treated equally. However, upon receiving our badges, I observed a clear disparity. My two new colleagues, who were hired by referral to the company, received gift bags containing an iPhone, a water bottle, and other items. In contrast, I, hired through a temp agency, was given only a clock-in badge with no additional items despite of the fact we will be filling exact same positions. This blatant discrepancy highlights a significant issue with the company's practices. Despite their professed commitment to equality, it is evident that there is a distinction between direct hires and temporary workers. Such actions undermine their claims and reflect poorly on their actual commitment to fair treatment. I urge potential employees to be cautious and consider this experience as a warning. Companies must be held accountable for their actions and should not engage in misleading corporate rhetoric. I would rather face hardship than work for an organization that treats its employees with such evident inequality.

Yes there is a big difference between sommeown who is hired directly or indirectly. This is because your job is less permanent than sommeown who is hired directly. You could be theoretically gone by the next moth. And the others will stay in the company likely a year or more. The IPhone is for cominications and only for work. The bottle is to reduce waste. A big thing in the Netherlands. And so on.
