@@superblondeDotOrg yeah and on top of that the Mariah excuse was bad....she has 1-2 other ppl. Not 8-15. She keeps a large portion of her writers credit. Even Michael Jackson has a lot of songs that he only wrote and were mega hits. Its alot of hard work but it's possible.

Bob Dylan wrote with an acoustic and his voice usually. That’s one of the 10,000 hour skills. This man is talking about these producer/songwriters trying to play every instrument themselves, instead of tryna learn piano as fast as you can; you’re better off finding a great keyboard player who has done it as long as you’ve done your “mastered” skill.

That way you don’t have to put in 40,000 hours just to finish a song you like. I’m going back to the drawing board, starting from scratch. Playing my guitar and singing to it.
