This was a really interesting vlog , made a nice change to usual office workers, I work in a home with atm 26 residents in the evenings we only have 2 carers at least 5 residents need feeding as we have to give them dinner and at least 15 need changing it's so stressful quite a few have dementia, This is a private house , you place seems very calm . ☺

How many hours a day and how many days do you work In a week...

18 hours shift, and next day off? to do what but sleep? I think Japan need to do something about those long hours work, I think that they dont need to put their people to the limits for so many years already .

Yes its like 1 day and a half day of day off. But I'm used to it and some facilities here only has 8 hours of night shift😊

Did it take you long to learn Japanese? I imagine working in Japan you would have to speak the language

It took me 1 year to study japanese but we have a native japanese teacher thats why we learned fast. We also study while working coz we need to pass the exam. Most japanese doesn't speak english thats why you really need to learn their language if you want to work here.

@@loreleisvlog Yes I've traveled to Japan many times and notice that nobody really speaks english. I'd like to work there as a nurse but my japanese is really beginner level. But all respect to you for working hard and accomplishing your goals!
