as a 3rd year medical st I have never been told to count newborn heartbeat for 30 sec and multiply by 2, cuz their heartbeat is irregular.

Hi mam. Mam I needed to TTNB and NEC conditions vedios. Because of as a staff nurse from India. All neonatal and pediatric condition briefly understand my knowledge and skills improved. Please help me. More chanel available here but iam interesting your vedios.
LOOK: BP, Clubbing, Edema ( full body vs lower extremity; pitting vs non pitting), JVP, Precordium Status. FEEL: Pulses (Warm shock**!), temperature (core to body temp. difference), CRT. LISTEN: S1 S2, S3, S4, Friction Rub, Murmur.
