kamworer this was the best run i have ever seen. I would like to see if kipchoge could run 59 after falling and spotting the field 30 seconds and running in wind gust of 30 mph and hard rain.

En general los africanos del este, como Kenia, Eritrea, Etiopía, Somalia, Uganda, tienen más resistencia, entre otras cosas, porque entrenan en altitud, a más de 4,000 metros sobre el nivel del mar, cuando compiten en europa a nivel del mar para ellos es fácil, aprovechan mejor el oxígeno, el clima, es como ir volando, además ellos no solo compiten por honor sino además para poder sobrevivir

Kiptum, Half Marathon record holde,r couldn't run London Marathon coz of missing 1 doping control and WADA waited till a few hrs to the marathon to kick him out. How uncouth!
