The whole year i had phobia of cardiac cycle but literally now i feel this is so easy all thanks to u sir keep going sir ....this will be very helpful for making our concepts strong
21.55 after long time hearing the word NEET!!!
This is by far the best cardiac cycle video ever, and so time efficient .
The title justifies, it's literally the easiest explanation of cardiac cycle i found on KZread, tysm for your efforts ✨
S4 (4th heart sound) is pathological. It is heard during Atrial Contraction which occurs during the Last Rapid Ventricular Filling phase when the atria has to do extra work incase of Restrictive Cardial Myopathy. Sir maza aagaya lecture dekh kee. Big ups to you👍👍👍. Keep flourishing and wish you the best.👌👌👏👏👏
Amazing Sir, Wiggers diagram is really scary.. But now it seems easy

Thank you so much sir🙏🏻, For explaining the wiggers diagram as well as cardiac cycle. Now it is very easy to study.😊
You explained the topic really well. I searched around 7-8 videos on KZread but couldn't understand the way you made it clear. Thankyou so much sir
Super duper hit 👍👍 S4- pathological conditions like RCM, Long stand hypertension
Hello Akshat sir I am a need isparent and I get to know about your channel by a KZread video and I wish that I complete and clear need so that I can also study from you I was really very happy to see this video and I have watch full share with my parents don't know I am very excited just please wish I can clear it out
Thankyou so much for making it so simple........ It is really time consuming and complex topic of cvs but you made it very understandable in just 24 minutes.
Tysm for the Wigger's Diagram & Pressure Volume Curve
This was my long essay today and was so greatful that I saw this ,thank you 😁
Superb Explanation 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
It was a life saviour video for me. Thank u So much sir❤️❤️
Obessed with ur teaching...well explained👍
During atrial systole in abnormal condition i.e.restricted cardiac myopathy(RCM)
Sir I m very thankful to u....u do alot for us...and really it's amazing🔥....I really understand cardiac cycle in very easily way🌟
I love you way of teaching 😊
Thank you so much sir , many helpful video for learning and almost all doubt clear🙏🙏
U made it so easy sir ❤️Thank u so much
great video! i totally get it
S4 is always pathological and it is heard when atrial contraction contributes to more than 20% filling. Seen in conditions like restrictive cardiomyopathy and long standing hypertension.
BEST VIDEO EVER THANK YOU SIR ❤
Thank you sir for your greatfull efforts that make your video a learning video It is 1st study video after lockdown that was not skip by me 😋
Amazing, literally aapki har baat samaj aayi👍👍👍, thanku ☺️🩺
Thank you sir...your vedio make wigger diagram easy now♥️
Nice video & very well explained 🥰 S 4 - pathological condition called restrictive cardiomyopathy , during atrial systole
Great job. Today am going to appear in my 1sy proff 😢
Shandar Akshat.
Awesome video S4 is heard in pathological condition during atrial systole
Great video Dr sahab . Thank you so much ❤
Thank you so much for this video 😊 really great👌👌
Awsm explaination
Tq so much sir ur all lecture are superb 👌👏👍 nd well explained sir mostly ur voice so clear is coming that also so nyc 😊 again tq sir
S4 is the sound heard when atria is contracting so hard(for that left 20%), that a sound is generated. It usually happens in the case when the contraction of atria is less functional and some exercise has been done by the same person.
Great video bro 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️
wow sir Amazingly u hv explained ....please upload more physiology videos
S4 is heard in restrictive cardiomyopathy while atrial contraction. Sir this video is amazing ❤️❤️
Sir video is amazing ...😍 S4 is normally not audible but seen in pathological conditions during atrial systol
Yes it's so easy way thanks sir
Thanks a lot sir 👏👏👏👏
Amazing explanation
Thank u so much 😌
The video is really helpful thanks a lot
Thanks sir Very helpful 👍
Thank you so much. 🙏🙏
In gyton there ia a statement at 3times the normal heart rate systole is about 0.65 of the entire cardiac cycle. I don't understand this one ...if the heart rate is increasing why is the systole duration also increasing
Super sir ji 🥰🥰
🙏🙏🙏bohot achhese samaz aaya sir😇😇

plz make more video on cvs

Sir please make video on regulation of respiration.
1easily understood sir 2 s4 heard if atria undergoes contraction ,it is found in resistive cardio myopathy
Fourth heart sound produces by rapid filling of ventricles due to atrial contraction . S4 heard just before S1
Sir ans is :- S4 is produced during artirial systole Can't heard s4 becoz its a inaudible sound
Sir please upload complete CVS
Sir ECG topic pr video bnayo

Thanku sir, !!
S4 is heard in pathological condition during atrial systole. In normal condition S4 is inaudible sound.
Thanx sir 😊

Tq so much for clear explanation 🙏. Is there any stage where both SL and AV valves are open...?
Ans 1 Wonderful Ans 2 Restricted Cardiac Myopathy
It would great if you make a video for this in English. Thank you!
