Awesome video, just a few pointers: For measuring the jugular vein distention the patient needs to be laying down at a 45 degree angle. Second, you auscultate the carotid artery first to determine if there is any bruit, as palpating first may dislodge any clots up to the brain. Keep it up!

I was confused about the ascultatory points of female patients. But There is no way I am going place that steth you did in the last step..

So instead of all of this. Wouldn’t it be easier to hook the patient up to ekg

Do the EKG on the female patient & if she goes in2 cardiac arrest; u actually should place the (AED) pads/paddles on her boobs (contrary 2 commonly popular belief). If u shock her lungs (where her boobs r), the shock waves will actually "kickstart" her heart.

If you are wearing the appropriate sized gloves, the sensation will not be lost. The benefits of wearing gloves as a way to prevention infection outweigh the risk.
