My mil had heart attack and done angio,she had three blocks,one was 100, another two were above 80, doctors told only one block could be cleared,and took them nearly 2.30,hrs, and other blocks would be consulted later, citing she is weak and cannot be administered with more drugs, and she had calcium blocked,now after 5 months,she was rushed into emergency with fluids in the lungs,it happened after stopping the tablet lasix, for about a week,but doctors r not saying the reason for her fluid in lungs, prior to it,she was actively walking, eating, and exercising.

Actually not required in the absence of comorbidity and normal cholesterol if any other find out as risk for ischemia some cardiologist treat with medication

Sir, without any symptoms, i am aged 72 yrs, done angiogram, which shows 80- 90 percent LAD dioproximal all three veins had blockage. Operation doctor on knowing no symptoms except TMT shows positive, after seeing CD angiogram suggested either for medicine or operation. But for medicines he wants heart flow conditions, for which i have to do stress thallium test Accordingly i have done the said test, it shows my lvef 67 percent. May be normal. After seeing the said trest, operation doctor little bit confused in taking decisions but to advice me for operation under him and fixed package for such operation. Though i am taking medicines for sugar and b. P..all are in normal conditions. Whether i go for conservative treatment or operation. I am a person doing regular walking exercises till now. I have no symptoms as on now. . Pl advice me what i should prefer either conservative treatment or bypass operation. Pl.

Depends upon requirements. If patient is stable not required any oxygen support. Only observation required for 12 -24 hours

Nothing gastric pain only don't go heart specialist they will connect with heart . there are many reasons

Vanakkam dr. My age 54. 10 years back angiogram taken. SVD. 60%.(LAD) Medical management. Now no problem in climbing steps, walking 3km,etc. Two years back T m t result mildly +very for inducible ischaemia. Now I want to know present status. Regular dr adviced not necessary for angio. One you tube video suggests coronary calcium scoring test may help to find blockage ( invasive methods). Please suggest your opinion dr. Both CT angio & coronary calcium score test are same or different.

I feel it is not reliable as like conventional Angiogram . More over you don't have any clinical symptoms . TMT just mildly positive so Please strictly follow lifestyle Which you currently following . Also Check you and control' your Suger level Blood pressure Cholesterol level Reduce your stress Enough you will be free from risk of heart problem

Mr father had 90% blockages in all 3 and additional he was suggested to go with valve replacement. But after the surgery he passed away as the Dr did mistake
