The two girls are sisters and people been saying they slept with Offset so Cardi got mad and allegedly ordered a hit out on them. Last year she had that fight with Nicki Minaj and Nicki went on her radio show 'Queen Radio' and told the public about the two girls which led to Cardi going to court to handle the situation with the girls. So in this video she's just saying "Oh y'all think I put a hit out on these girls? Alright then I'm guilty"..
