my point exactly. you damage the sleeves, not the cards. the sleeves are cheap. they arent meant to last forever. the cards are expensive. its much better to damage sleeves than cards. also, how are playing that you destroy sleeves fast enough to be annoyed by it? seriously, sleeves should last a while. especially good sleeves. what kind are you using?

you mean shuffling your hand, or the deck? because shuffling your deck for no reason is against the rules of the game. and shuffling your hand constantly is something basically all card game players do. i do that all the time, and my sleeves dont get damaged from it. what kind of sleeves are you playing with? they cant be very good.

Thats how that scuffing appeared on the Ghost Rares, so after its picture was taken for verification, it went into that dirty roller, passing inspection before it goes thru the rollers

Yea Ik my ghost rare cyber dragon I got from gfp2 has a rather small scratch on it but it’s super obvious because you have to move it around to see the picture I’m just glad it’s not on the actual dragon itself it’s more on the back round but still a SEXY card🥵🔥💯

So if the verification process is this procise, how did I wind up with an entire box of Cosmo blazer with 6 rares in every pack? And the disaster that was maximum crisis still baffles me. Half the 1st edition boxes had no secret rares at all. That played a huge part in Ash blossom being nearly $100 for so long.

You'll notice the rejects get dropped into a catch tray, which is why you see the gap when the cards are being dispensed.

We did that to show an obvious miss print. If we crossed out an "i" or made a little mark, or fed a fake vs. real card it'd be rejected too. Just harder to show that in a video, easier to just flip the card over.

Angelus Marcarita I used to work for a company like this they dont require you to wear gloves really at any point as they are all ready dry and on to the inspection phase. If they happen to be still wet they are are automatically discarded.

I dont know might have different company standards but after the card came off the press they were usually in one huge sheet of paper and when cleared sent to be cut, sorted inspected for scratches and then sent to packaging we were never required to wear gloves unless we were working with the UV ink. But every place is different.😁
