you need just head circumference and ear to ear measure through top of head. Something like you can see here: www.danmarproducts.com/my_images/Helmet%20Sizing%20Chart_HEAD%20ONLY.jpg

It depends on the head circumference. It is fine to measure head circumference above ears and from ear to ear across forehead and based on this measures you can do a helmet. Sorry for missing parts of video with measurement.
