@@slendrio You can start working to evolving them from level 7 onwards. Not specifically 'any lvl', but it is still one of the better choices for an update, allowing players who aren't long time tryhards/P2Ws to actually enjoy the update

So far whats been indicated its not. Unless each elite card can do something different and can be turned on and off thing so you can play normal or elite. Then again once you get lvl15 it's just going to be lvl15 with slight power
