Great video! Learning how to playing from trials and error, and your video helps me get a clearer look at the bigger picture

My quick tips: 1. Whenever possible, place tiles that will score multiple features. 2. Don't claim a road unless it has at least 3 tiles and hopefully one end tile. 3. For Abbeys follow #1 above, if not, place it so your opponent is incentivized to help you. 4. Try to get in on large cities and really long roads if possible. 5. Know which tiles do not exist so that you can make features difficult or impossible for your opponents to finish, especially cities as they will be worth half as much unfinished.

One of my favorite games right now. Can't wait to use some of the stategies. Keep making great videos.

This actually made me like the game a bit more.

There's some new growth for Settlers of Catan strategy content but oddly very little recent Carcassonne based on one yt search. anyone know of more recent strategy /gameplay content channels?

how much pieces[□]/with drawings /is in game?

A 2 tile citie is 2 points they have to be 3 tiles to count as 2 points per tile

changed in the latest versions. 2 tile city is 4 points.

That changed many years ago. For a long time now, even 2-tile cities are worth 2 points per tile.
