I was wondering why you didn’t use tabs to prevent the inner piece from coming loose? I know you think you have good adhesion, but that final pass is very dangerous. Love the instructions and learning process.

Hi there -- well, because I thought I had good adhesion ;). In reality, tabs can be a pain - in this case, I just didn't want to clean them up on the router table. In hindsight, I took it to the router table anyway, so tabs would have been fine. No "good" answer but "an" answer ;). Thanks for watching!

I wonder why you didn't use the center option instead of dragging object?

Hi Wade - simply put, I can never find it when I need it -- it's definitely a me thing ;). But everyone else, it's under the align function -- I just looked :). Thanks for watching!

Type 15mm in the inch field and it will automatically do the calculation.

@@cyberreefguru I believe it may be in the new version 7 of carbide create's expression editor, but to use it in a project for example if your project is in inches and you want to enter a mm value you just type that in, say "6mm" then hit "enter" and it will automatically convert for you.
