Hurts when those that are supposed to pay you are dead. This music video always brings to mind WW1 for me, so I think of the gazelle as being like the neutral countries, particularly the nordic countries. They just kept trying to trade despite all, British ships sinking their trade with Germany and Uboats sinking their trade with everyone else. Nothing personal, just how war goes. Then there's the instability, spies, being neutral didn't mean they were having a good time. Better than dying in the trenches by quite a bit I would suppose, but iirc they did face a famine as a result.

@venusflytrapyt Thank you for that. In fairness at one point I seriously considered becoming a history teacher as a freshman in college. It was between that and teaching special education, but my history classes were much more full with students that also wanted to be history teachers and had more potential than I did. I noticed there were fewer going for special education and those that did were missing important dimensions of understanding disabilities, so I felt I would do more good there. In the end it didn't work out though. I still took extra history courses in college simply because I enjoyed the subject.

@@Weirdaman of course they did, but look at the timeline: they check their claws, they have a comb that can be used as a weapon. Before they enter they take a deep breath, as if they knew something was going to go down. Then the cats see the dogs, their leader tips his head in their direction. They sit directly next to them. something a cat wouldn't do if it senses danger. Then they start chugging like mad men, drinking away their doubts and fears. They just waited for a reason to start the fight.

This Animal Crossing update looks hella lit.
