I can show you how to snap the jockey wheel handle just before setting off on holiday😮😂😂😂 Lucky for me I got it drilled out and replaced en route to the site we were visiting Big thanks to MJ LOVELLS of Highbridge for saving our holiday. Steve

Do you mean the small clamp or the winder handle?

Hi Chris, not sure. I know the screw handle will just unscrew but inside appears to be what I would call collets that clamp to the jockey wheel when the handle is tightened but I’ve never took it off

Hi Simon - I need a replacement jockey wheel clamp - can you tell me how the clamp is attatched - is it welded riveted or bolted on. Thanks Chris

We’re thinking if buying the Kartt Jockey wheel for our Challenger 670 2023 edition. Did you need to raise your steadies higher at the front to get the JW out? I’ve always been told don’t have the weight of the caravan weighing down on the steadies, so I’d be very worried taking the weight off the JW 😊

Hi Lee, Cant remember to be honest but I think so. I would just raise the legs quite high at the front and give it a go. Obviously make sure the back legs are lowered sufficiently and don't stop the front from rising.
