2 years ago I decided to get a fringe and I loved it!! Then I cut it really short and hated it. Then as it’s been growing out I’ve learnt I love my hair like mid length style. I think it's just her accent being stronger and weaker with the volume and sureness of the way she talks. It actually just sounds like a British accent in general to me, but it is just more prominent in some spots
