There is actually a car that can park like that from the 1920s

Funny thing is how that jeep parked there was a car from the 1920's or so with that as a feture and it worked via a PTO shaft to the spare wheel with hydrolics that would lift the rear up and pivot it it's a real thing that was done kinda as a luxury way to avoid wrecking your expensive sedan in like a driveway
