This morning, I was sitting at my desk when I heard another crash so I checked my camera and could see a black jeep sitting on the sidewalk. I rewound the footage and saw what happened where they took that Union street exit too fast, spun around, and took out that fire hydrant. After sitting there for several minutes, they drove off.
