Is there a way it can be louder ? Cause once in traffic or anywhere crowed it dont make sense.

Also it doesn't have a off/ on switch, so it stays on all the time and kills the battery

Yes ,but you can add one toggle switch in between to not drain battery.

Only you need to connect two +ve &-ve terminals to battery and one switch rest of the fuse are built in, wiring go through firewall for controler and megaphone is fixed in engine bay
