Do you have a video showing a rear-facing installation using LATCH for the Triumph 65?

I have the garbage version of this with the Evenflo Embrace 35. I have secured the base to the LATCH system, but I can not loosen the straps for the life of me. The "button" doesn't do anything and the straps will not budge. How do I loosen the straps without cutting it?

Pls update this video how you are removing the latch strap w the gray button. You did not really show it in this video which obviously a lot of us are struggling

How do you take these latches out, I already cut one out of my car and I am fixing to cut the second one out. I hate these car seats. I can’t get these unlatched. My children better never put another one of theses carseats in my car. I hate destroying the carseat but I can’t take them out.

I'm having the same problem with installation. I pull on the part that says "lift to release" and nothing happens. The strap is still too short.

@@deborahfreedman333 you have to pull the strap while pushing the button to loosen

@@deborahfreedman333 Usually, that's an indication it was in too tight. However, you still need to loosen it. Try putting all your weight on the seat and then squeezing the button, rather than just pushing on it.

I cannot loosen mine too despite pushing down on the gray button I am losing it!

that seat still looks really loose, when she took her weight off the seat wobbled then when she went to shake it she really did not shake it very hard.
