Lol flashlight. It's called a sun gun. It will show you where the paint is to thin. Florescent lights won't do it. It's to mimic the sun.

@@thewaltbrownellchannel9318 chill he had the concept right he said flashing which will show you the plants thickness or thinness if you know how to do it I seen auto body shops use flash lights to spot out the more heavier layers and the thin layers for a smooth uninform finish .but the actual light is a sun gun your correct but like I said you can use a flashlight if you know what your doing

Very nice. I am curious how much buffing these cars require. They look almost perfectly flat. Is your clear a special European blend?

You may have noticed he was able to blend the colour out with very little room, toward the quarter panels. Wont work with other paint lines cause you have multiple coats needed for coverage. It will even work with a spray sensitive colour such as a high metallic. like to see other paint lines do that!

Couple tips: wash the jams and the outside of the panel before you sand it. Wash the panel again before you tape it. Blow it with low pressure Then tack it. (Not at the same time) finally take your - Gloved- Hand and lightly rub the whole panel

Also if your gonna take the time to pop the trunk open so you have access to your edges you should probably put clear on them and not just let it blow over the edge.

Amazing finish! Do you use the T110 air cap when spraying HS clears? Is the T110 the best air cap for a smooth Glass finish or is the TE20 better?

This must be the work of a T110. T110 is the smooth glass cap, the TE20 is for factory orange peel finish

That’s a fair amount of overspray on the boot where the light would sit... Looks alright though. A nice extra coat of gloss and a good polish and that mirror shine will stay for a decade. Good work.

For both devilbiss gti pro 1.2nozzle and t110 cap

Wow. Either good painter or good paint. The shit that comes out on brand new factory finished cars is very shity and covered in terrible orange peel. They should be completely ashamed of themselves. This is such a great job you showed us. Keep it up man!

Very nice application of base & clear. Wish painters would just take a few extra minutes to focus on a nice job. Most are lousy, yet they think they're amazing. Looked like Axalta product.

Make a video about gun washing machine.

Good looking finish but I knew there would be trash to pick out from the start. You need to put a 12 inch piece of paper over the plastic around the edges instead of the plastic. All those wrinkles will do it every time. Also, tack off the paper/plastic

Mathheuss Motim eu vou-te responder, isso é o que chamamos aqui em America “blender” isso é para que a tinta (color) tenha um acabado mais desbotado e não se marque em o panel. Estou aprendendo português 👌
