Yesterday i buy tucson 2011 in KSA, literally i go to my Absher account accept the request that sent from seller, when i accepted that request system shown a complete form including agreed price which is filled by seller before sending. By clicking on next i received an IBAN number with selling amount plus transfer fee from traffic department and transfer my money from my bank account. Similarly when i paid to traffic IBAN they sent msg to seller that we received this money please hand over the car. Seller called me for location he ame and delivered his car and i approved in Absher account that i recieved the car. Finally traffic paid to seller and system shown car is my property. I print this paper and go to traffic department to get registration card.

Bravo, excellent program, much needed. The DG very casually skipped the main question of WHY are there no number plates for cars after more than a YEAR or WHY the cards have been delayed. He talked about feedback but their website doesn't have a feedback system which is tracked and stewarded. Interestingly, it will still take several months to solve the problem of number plates!! I wish there was a public feedback system, online or a Kiosk physically placed in their building so that they get a wake up call on how lousy a job they are doing and how fed up the public is. If they are serious about it, get a public feedback system like Google feedback or a Kiosk like all international airports have. I hate this bureaucracy and that's why I left. I have huge sympathy for people like Suneel who have no choice but to be at the receiving end!

I m Pakistan's entrepreneur and running 2 companies in Pakistan, i was just planning to launch a new website and apps like pakwheels, but to be honest, i don't think we can represent our public issues to our government like Mr.Sunil is doing. DG Excise needs to be commended on being pro-active in many areas related to autos, hopefully there is more backup system in place for any supply issues be it cards or plates, there is always a paper system in case of emergencies like a token or receipt as proof of payment to be honoured / accepted by Police checks.
