Car engine Cooling System animation|Thermostat,Radiator Cap,Coolant Reservoir Tank working| Hindi

Working animation of all parts of car Engine cooling system Thermostat, radiator cap valves working at different Engine temperatures and coolant pressures. How coolant pump and coolant temperature sensor works and full detail of radiator fan ON and OFF settings. When thermostat start opening the main coolant and closing radiator bypass valve. Radiator cap valves Pressure Relief valve and vacuum relief valve explained how they let coolant to release from radiator at coolant over pressure and come back to radiator for maintaining the coolant inventory in the cooling system. Reservoir tank accommodate the extra coolant and gives back this coolant when vacuum is produced in the radiator.Coolant pump is responsible for circulating the coolant in the whole circuit.Thermostat and Radiator cap valves temperature and pressure setting have been explained at which engine operate and when main coolant valve and radiator bypass valve operate to keep engine working at operating temperature and pressure.     Great video ever scene on this topic.. One question related to this scanario..... Normally scene that machanic removeThermostate valve during summer season with intention that ( this is used to keep ingine warm and in summer there is no need to keep enjine warm) Tempreture normally remain 35 to 45 C in summer in my area... Is this practice keeps enjine full efficient? and AC works better under this assumption?

    Thanks dear. Fan direct krnay se engine jaldi warm up nahi ho ga. is soorat mein start ke baad apko drive ke liay thora ziada wait krna chahiay. taake engine proper warm up ho sake. Get the engine properly warmed up before drive ,it is better for engine long life.

    If your car is getting heated change or replace this below items Radiator cap, radiator wash or replace if it's damaged and it's fan repair or replacement , Temperature sensor, water pump, Thermostat Val,hose pipes,Relay,Heater core repair and it's hose pipe,Head gasket,oil pump not mandatory (for better results).

    Thanks brother. firstly ap reservoir tank mein coolant level 60 ~ 70 % se ziada na rakho. 2ndly radiator cap ki spring tension, rubber seal and suction valve ki blockage check kren. if faulty replace radiator cap. 3rdly if ap ke radiator mein water level kam hota hy to ap radiator cap se reservoir tak jane wali tube or its joints ko check kro , ye air tight and leak free honi chahiyay. wish you good luck

God Bless You, Today I went for coolant change in my celerio but when he checked he said there is no thermostat in this, then I told him ok I will buy thermostat you just install it but he said thermostat nit required because weather is too hot in Delhi so dont install thermostat otherwise you will repent. So Kindly advice me what to do, should I buy thermostat and ibstall it pr what should I do. Kindly reply I am waiting for Your Guidance. God Bless You Dear 🙂

    Thermostat is essential for engine long life, even in Africa it comes installed in coolant system. If all the parts in your vehicle coolant system are healthy then thermostat must be installed. some time coolant temperature sensor doesn't work properly so fan is kept direct running. Plz verify radiator cap heath and water tubing to coolant reservoir must be leak free and in good condition. Sorry for late response i was not at home for last couple of months.

    Sir i have optra 2010. When ever i drive almost 70 KM it gets overheat and collent pipe get very hard with air pressure. Mechanic have replaced gaskit and waterpump but still same. When i check my self I found that pipe from reservior tank to throtle body is blocked by previous owner. Throtle body coolent pipes are very rusty. Also thermostate to throtle body pipe is blocked by putting bolt in pipe. Is that can be a cause of pressurising and overheat?

    no problem if coolant level is ok and coolant should flow towards engine when engine is cool and should flow from the engine to tank when engine is hot

    Hello sir maruti 800 main Jahan per heater wali pipe lagti hai uski nozzle Tut gai hai jab main Pani dalta ho tu heater wali pipe se nikal jata hai kyunki nozzle tuti Hui hai main aapse yah puchna chahta hun ki agar Jo heater wali pipe ko agar mein band kar dun to koi problem to Nahin aaegi sar ( Only heater pipe ko )

    हेलो सर.. मेरे पास 2004 मॉडल alto गाड़ी है । उसमे प्रोब्लम है की रेडिएटर कूलेंट को reservoir में तो भेज देता है लेकिन वापिस नही खींचता है जिस कारण reservoir full होने लगता है।

    मुझे तो आप का डिजाइन गलत दिखाई पड़ता है लेटर का नीचे वाला बाइक तो वाटर बॉडी में जाता है और आप उसे थर्मोस्टेट पर दिखा रहे हैं ऊपर वाला पाइप वाटर बॉडी पर दिखा रहे हैं जबकि नीचे वाले पाइप से वाटर बॉडी को पानी जाता है ऊपर वाले पाइप से इंजन से होते हुए रेडिएटर में आता है

    It depends on multiple factors i.e. engine load, ambient air temperature, cooling air flow etc. It is variable in different conditions

    Sir Mera vehicle Ka reserver se coolant radiator mein Nahi jata hai our Subha radiator cap khulke check karne time mein coolant kam hota hai ye kya problem hai sir please
