Sad to watch that 1980 Ford F-150 pickup get crushed because those generation F-series pickups & Broncos are rare nowadays & they look cool too. 1980 was the first year for them & they were produced up through 1986.

First Caravan you've crushed on which the back door didn't spring open! I must admit I was wondering how big the Loadstar was...but a cab shouldn't have been a problem! Amazing how the back window just popped right out, unscathed...As for the Buick Invicta, that thing was picked cleaner than a Thanksgiving turkey, so I can't shed too many tears about it...

That old Buick was really harvested for everything right down to it's rear end. At least other 59 Buicks will be kept on the road with the parts from it.

maybe not, some ppl cut the ends off for art, just watch adventures made from scratch. he sells a lot of stuff like that for art, he can also load the crusher better than this guy.

@@rottmanthan I watch him too. I've seen him mainly cut off the front ends of vintage trucks if the trucks are quite rough.

w0w that truck (1980) ford was a nice truck , dad had a 1982 ford f150 had 302 an extended cab for a long long time it looked descent cosmeticaly the body was STRAIGHT , i remember tho that it had a heck of a fuel storage having 2 gas tanks !

They were junk even back in the day! Front end parts going out. Trans slipping ect on a two year old car. The only good thing about the Tempo was the engine.

Obviously, you don't drive it during the winter back there, or it would have been toast years ago with the harsh weather and road salt.

@@ThePontiac98 Both The V6 and the 4 banger were great motors but the transmission were weak and was the problem. The manual would of been a better choice. The other problem was rust and the front suspension parts. The V6 is also quite rare.

I don't understand why they didn't save spare parts before crushing those cars, with a win-win situation: on one hand, you can earn nice money selling those used spare parts, being more rare everyday, and, on the other, you can save a lot of old cars that otherwise, when something breaks down and no spare parts are available (or are too expensive) , Would be sent to the scrapyard.
