The Ferrari F12 was built for speed. A replacement for the 599 GTB, the automaker designed its engine to be more efficient and more powerful. Ferrari claimed the F12 could accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in 3.1 seconds, 0 to 124 mph in 8.5 seconds, and reach a top speed of 211 mph. The company also said the F12 could lap the Fiorano test circuit - Ferrari’s private racetrack - in 1 minute and 23 seconds, three and a half seconds faster than the 599.
