Here's what I don't get. Sandy knew the second Alyssa said "Sandy, I mean Captain" that she was going to fire her. After all, how many times did Sandy talk a big game about "the second I hear insubordination you'll be off the boat so fast your head will spin!" But then, she purposely waited until right before the charter started to do it--overnight, right? Why? To purposely sabotage and mess up Fraser even more. Really gross, manipulative, bullying behavior from a real piece of tish. Same with having Ross escort her out. That was an ugly, ego power move Sandy did and completely uncalled for. She did it to belittle Alyssa and rub it in her face. Don't get me wrong, Alyssa needed to go, she ain't no angel. But she didn't deserve an escort, and Sandy should have promptly fired her at the lip, rather than waiting until right before guests arrive. She only did that so she could hurt multiple people at once: Alyssa and Fraser, two birds with one stone. Really gross. Hate Sandy. Can't wait until she's not on this show anymore.

It would be epic if she said “ok bye Sandy” since she no longer works for her 🤣🤣

What really clinched it for me is the stark contrast between how she treated and eventually fired Camille opposed to Alyssa. She had her escorted off the ship as though she thought Alyssa was going to harm her. Yet allowed Camille to wander the boat to disrupt the others when she was fired.

Alyssa was great at her job, but if you’re unlikeable, all it takes it one time for someone to take you out. Camille was a trash employee, but everyone liked her personality so she got chance after chance. Sometimes you have to move in silence and let your work speak for itself.

Fraser needs to learn to be a better chief stew. He should have immediately intervened when Camille and Alyssa had their issues. Fraser never addressed their problems with each other; as he should of. When it got out of control, Captain Sandy had to step in. Fraser needs to lead the stews and not be their friend. He doesn't yet have it in him to be be tougher and to talk tougher to them. Sandy was right when she said that Fraser's complaining about her to his stews; in particular, Alissa, was unprofessional and cancerous.

Sandy was attracted to Camille which is why it was harder to let her go even tho she also had a nasty attitude and wasn’t even good at her job! She was pissed that she fired her and definitely was making Alyssa and Fraser pay for it! Ultimately in the end Alyssa paid the bigger price(which is no surprise)! It wasn't just calling the captain by her first name, it was a lot things Allyssa said and did. Bravo did you a favor and replayed some of them during the firing but you chose to ignore that. I guess we just see what we want to see.

As much I have disliked Alyssa in many instances, I don't think this incident was worthy of her being fired. Sandy could've given her a final warning. Idk, I hate when people are so stuck on their titles, I mean I know u had to earn it but it seems sooo cocky sometimes. I felt bad for Alyssa, it seemed unfair.

It was an accumulation what Alyssa said, how she said it and her actions. She even continued talking negatively when she was told to stop. Having Alyssa's attitude in an enclosed workplace affected the attitudes and morales of everyone. Captain Sandy put an end to it. Even Fraser said at the end of the episode that Captain Sandy was right and things felt better.

Alyssa had such a bad passive aggressive attitude, and Sandy’s right! She had no respect for herself, Sandy and Katie.

Finally! She had to go!

Camille is a lost soul . Alissa had too much to say about The Captain.

The worst Captain

All the pep talks Sandy gives out and not one to Alissa..? Noted! Honestly, I used to really like Captain Sandy but after this episode , I no longer do, she did everything off personal feelings and that’s not how you show good leadership

Fraser trashed talked Sandy more than Alissa did - wait till the reunion when Sandy doubles down on her lousy decision.

Fraser expressed how he was feeling but never called Sandy out of her name and he admitted he was wrong. Alyssa had a foul attitude and thought she could trash Sandy and showed no respect as well. Alyssa has zero self reflection and thinks she’s right and when Sandy heard her say she sucks deck crew d*** well,she DESERVES to be fired.

Is Sandy racist?! Not sure what happens as her colleagues loved her. I think Sandy is ego tripping. Black women must stay silent, be humble etc just to keep their jobs. This is my opinion and is my experience!

Alissa had an absolutely terrible attitude. When you're disrespectful to your boss, it's a problem. She 100% deserved to be fired. I see some comments really pulling the race card which is mind boggling. You can be great at your job, but when you're disrespectful and have a shitty attitude the entire time like you're better than anyone else, it overrides how good at your job you are.

Wow…. Fired and escorted off the boat for what exactly? Sandy has a real power trip issues. The woman was good at her job. This is why people say the lazy employee gets a raise in pay and the hard worker gets screwed.

This is all so wrong. 1. How is that ok for Sandy to fire the stew without letting the chief stew know first? That is disrespect to his position and to hierarchy 2. Why is Rachel called to the bridge to hear the news in person directly from Sandy? 3. Why Camille could mingle and chat with everyone before leaving yet Alissa Has been escorted? 4. Where is the call to Lee to inform him about it? All that aside, I believe that even if you are top performer but your attitude is not there you are not top. You can fire someone who Has behavior issues even if they smash their tasks. How you do it is another story and again, this is all wrong from start to the end

I agree with you 100%. I seems like Sandy simmered over the “captain” slight all night, only to fire her first thing in the morning. The funny thing is, her crew on the med addressed her as Sandy, but this crew has to be formal. And I’m betting Rachel could not care less about the firing. It’s a weird dynamic between the two. And quit pushing Camille on us, Bravo. No one cares!

The Inside Crew work so much harder than the Deck Crew. Captain Sandy has way more respect for the outside crew than the inside crew. Everyone has to ‘reset’ except her. These charters would work way more effectively if the crew didn’t drink so much, sleep around so much and involve themselves in so much stupid drama. I really think the galley should be bigger and the chefs should have a Sioux Chef

Please stop defending Alissa and attacking Sandy. Alissa’s disrespect in that one moment outweighed any good she did. There is no room for disrespect on a vessel. And Alissa most definitely knew she was being disrespectful when she said “yeah Sandy”.

I always think how would Captain Lee react to disrespect and I think he would have fired her. He tolerates even less than Captain Sandy. I do think people are harder on her because she is a woman.

He backed up almost immediately knowing he had to respect rank, Camille didn't and continued to stir the pot which would have gotten her fired with Captain Lee.

After the blow up at the bar in front of the guests she was also warned along with Camille that she was on notice. Alissa as 2nd stew in a boss position gave back as much as Camille was dishing out. Then she lost her crap again in front of guests at the bar ranting about Rachel. Dropping F bombs and everything again.

I completely agree! I'm so surprised that there are so many comments from those who are pro-Alissa! My mind is blown! I don't get it!

To be honest Alissa had a very bland nonchalant attitude and though that may just be her personality it can come off very rude and dismissive in the work environment or just dealing with people her and Camille are one in the same that’s why they couldn’t get along they are just alike Camille is just more aggressive where Alissa doesn’t have to say much to irritate you and she knows that . Sandy obviously recognized that
