I hope I'm wrong but we normally get ptw things like this when they think they are not making enough money and at some point they announce the closure of the game, I've already seen this happen with marvel avengers alliance and dc legends.

I really hope the players voice does something and gets scopley to not pay gate characters. EVERY CHATACTER besides legendary, should be unlcokable by everyone at the minimum when they are added. ZIM and Zugg are good examples of being unlockable but not much else. This paywall looking bullshit needs to be stopped now

Players voice is doing nothing. I’ve argued with their leaders for hours today. They think they’re doing a great job by bending over for Scopely. They only make changes for whales

Iron man again... geeze let it go. Love the updates for BB (finally), and Shuri is ok. The rest are meh. I wanted Cap B to have his own team. RR and the FF have a movie coming so they could have done the whole team. However i know money is the issue, sad times. This is why i rather just have a new Xmen Legends/MUA...

We only need them at 3Y stars, shields for cap brit are in chapter 2 mission 1 which requires 3Y stars

No. You need them at 5* for the Team One.

If they going to do DPC toons they need to make it easier to get more DPC FP2 without dropping 40 dollars a month

I watched 3 envoy vids so far about the new illuminati team as of now and i sense the lack of rage and disappointment from them. They were more livid before for lesser issues. It looks to me that this was run by them (heck some were even able to test it already) and they know something is in the horizon or maybe just in NDA that they're not panicking as much. Just my thoughts and speculations.

There's no rage or high level of disappointment because they've been burnt out with all the terrible decisions Scopely has been making, and I don't blame them. And I don't see how Krakens would want to support this after the OML debacle. I would've been ROYALLY pissed off if I had paid for seven yellows on both OoT and Cabal and still ended up with a six yellow OML like some players got with their minimal spending and five yellow OoT and Cabal. I'm guessing the game is dead before Battleworld comes out.

I don't see the big deal, a character is paywalled on release, I don't see how this is different to mephisto, spenders will have an advantage, they already do, we can still complete the team, although inferior, and we'll have to wait, like mephisto. It isn't going to kill the game, some will leave, most will get over it.

@@balding2early Mephisto isn't vaulted for an unspecified time and game content isn't scaled around him. Sure, unlocking OML was probably easier for the players who had him but Mephisto wasn't a required character to unlock him. Illuminati is a required team but how do you think they'll scale the nodes that need them, for a weakly reworked OG Iron Man or Captain Britain? And since you now need to place well on the leaderboards to get better than an unlock of the legendary there's a ripple effect in how this puts F2P and light spenders further behind the whales and krakens.

Maybe, it's just the 2 Illuminati at 5 stars? It’s not very well worded:"In the case of the Team Showcase, Chapter 2 requires Black Panther (Shuri), Hank Pym, and 2 Illuminati of your choice at the 5 Yellow Stars" English is not my language but the coma is important, isn't it?

Shame there's no mention of Dr. Strange. Oh well

I mean to be fair Strange was added to Secret Defenders already a few teams back! Tho I wouldnt mind if they buffed Steven

I mean 2 legendaries on a team with Deathseed or Superior Six is like kinda okay? But 3 legendaries???? I feel like this whole thing needs a rework before its even out- XD I mean I like the rework on Black Bolt and Mister Fantastic.. Shuri seems fine? but iron man and Captain Britain I think really need a rethink? Also when are they going to continue reworking current existing teams? Or are they only going to do thanos + Black Order?

Cap Brit isn't a legendary, sure feels that way tho, he an "epic" character. So just the 2 legendaries on the team.

I'm finding it impossible to care about this game anymore. I'm not even mad, I'm just sick of the crazy grind for lame characters. Without fun game modes, the characters don't really matter anyway.

Quit this game when they announced the star gated old man logan. They were always going this way. You don't know how much time you waste playing this trash game until you quit.

Tauna, you have been playing this game for a very long time... Back in the day, F2P people rarely got Legendaries on the first go round. so if scopely does a cash grab... then thats what they are doing.... EVERY person doesnt need to be able to achieve every goal,, every person doesnt get to unlock things.. we cant eat our cake and have it too... the game is too easy vs the game is not giving me everything.
