Also, you can see that he’s catching himself and trying to raise his eyebrows and look positive bc he notices he has a resting angry face.

Chris Evans, when he starts doing these interviews, he's fully of energy but by the end of them you notice how tiring it becomes, but he still tries to give good answers as much as he can, really respect him as an actor and as a person.

As a reporter I am, I always try to be careful with interviews caring to not bore the interviewee, and we can see through this interview how the girl try so hard to make "good questions" looking for interaction with Chris, but she didn't fail as a reporter, Chris was with a bad attitud, look at his face, my gosh!

Ariana González He wasn't showing a bad attitude in my opinion, he gave her long, good and full answers, isn't that what interviewers want? he didn't just ignore her or her questions. He wasn't rude to her. He just looks tired and it is understandable. Can't humans feel tired?

@@ginoscatarrasorche699 "I don't wike it" (I don't like it) is a phrase Chris picked up from his nephew. "I understood that reference" comes from the first avengers film when Nick Fury references the movie the Wizard of Oz. Captain America was asleep for 70 years so he doesn't understand most modern references, but the Wizard of Oz came out in the 1930's and I think he actually watched that movie in Captain America:The First Avenger. So it's one reference he has heard since waking up that he actually understood and it made him happy to feel a connection to something. Hope this helps

Agree. I definitely see the appeal of on-screen bad boy or antihero types, but it's not as cut and dry as bad = interesting, good = bland. Steve Rogers has a lot of layers to him and he's been through and going through a lot. It's nice seeing a character who tries to do the right thing and has a moral compass and isn't written as snarky or selfish just for entertainment value, not to take anything away from other characters. Variety is good. I mean, I imagine anyone would feel quite proud and safe knowing Cap is on their side.

Cap is amazing, and while other characters that aren't so morally correct are good too, he is one of my favs. I think the point to all of that is showing varieties of people and that everyone has a capacity for both good and bad. Maybe I'm just getting to deep though!

Cap in many ways is the interesting version of Superman, so similar from a principled point of view but isn’t boring because Cap is vulnerable, so his flaws mixed with his strong moral fortitude create a very interesting character

He hates being asked about his workout routine. It's probably boring to just keep saying "I do xx reps of this and run x times." It's a workout routine. Not much he can do with that question.

Reading these comments, I expected the worst from this interview but she's pretty good. He looks tired and possibly jet-lagged but that's not her fault.

Chris is by far one of the most eloquent celebrities of this generation. He speaks with aplomb and sincerity and conviction. And it’s hard not to fall in love with a man who isn’t just well spoken but also evidently stands by his beliefs and defends them with humility and elegance. Oh Cap...

I like that captain America is someone you can look up to. even when things get hard, he still dose the right thing. He doesn't give up and let hard times brake him or the things he believes in. In that way, he's like his shield, unbreakable, That's what makes him a hero!

I really liked how much more developed these questions were because you always get similar questions in all the interviews and this one's was actually really good aside from poor chris being exhausted and the questions sort of being scattered

My first impression of the interviewer was that she was a bubbly, air head fan-girl, but the questions she asked were much deeper than what any other interviewer has asked. Kudos to her.

Chris has a very deep understanding of Steve Rogers not just as Captain America but also as a person.

Wow, you can tell Chris is so not into this interview. He must have been sick to death of them by this point - or he has jet lag like a mother. Poor guy, he's always so energetic and sweet. Guess even he gets tired of talking to people at some point. They should have partnered him with another co-star, taken some of the stress off. He's kind of intimidating when he's not joking and smiling so much!

I think the ‘intimidating’ side of him made him played the leadership and commanding role of Steve Rogers so well.. It’s actually kinda hard for me to adjust since he’s always joking and laughing in many interviews. I legit scared when the interviewer asked whether Cap is ‘boring’ and he started giving her that look, lol

I really love how well-thought out his answers are. He seems really down to earth and so nice. And he's just so handsome !

When he played Human Torch he bored me as fuck. Then he became Captain America he achieved perfection. He is Steve Rogers. I can't perceive any other actor as Cap, even for the years to come. When he acts on screen and he is talking things out, he is beaten or beats people, the way he reacts and expresses himself it fits perfectly for a super soldier and an example of leadership, really good and righteous deep down. A boy scout always fighting for his friends and the world. He nailed the role and I am grateful to him. I find myself reading some speech bubbles of Cap in comics, in his voice lol.

It is pretty weird not seeing Chris like a Golden Retriever. But don't take this for being rude or unfriendly, he still is so polite and kind. He just seems pretty tired and exhausted and of course, he also has got calmer moments. It is just more authentic than giggling and jumping around 24/7. Which is such a lovely part about him, but the thing is that he is very authentic and so when he is funny and in a good mood (like for 98% percent), he is it for genuine and that is beautiful. So very sympathetic to also see him calmer and in an exhausted mood which is nothing but human.

The woman is giggling while Chris Evans is tired. I feel him.

Very good interview. Nice questions here that aren't usually asked. Thumbs up!

+S.H.I.E.L.D is that a serious question? if so: Actors go all over the world, doing interviews for different news outlets, to reach the maximum amount of people possible, so that the movie will get attention and in turn make more money for the studios. thats why they do it, and its in their contracts so its an obligation.

Another interview someone asked him about it and he said something similar to "There's no big secret. You just pick up a lot of heavy things and put 'em back down." 😂 God, I love that man. 😍

Why do some people think being a good person makes you boring? Chris Evans' Cap is far from boring, he is inspiring! He shows that you don't have to be a "do-gooder" you can just do good. Hope that make sense. Chris' portrayal of Cap makes him my favorite superhero in the MCU. He is like Jack from This Is Us someone I enjoy watching just being a good man.

It's good to see that there are actors that see the value in their job, beyond the obvious monetary value.

What I got about Captain America was that he was lost, lonely, and sad. He was a man out of time and it’s seems no one he was around him cared about his well being but Sam and Natasha. Then he realized Bucky was alive, Cap fought so hard to hold on to all he ever knew.

I wish I could talk to him, guy to guy and since we're both emotional we would get more deep and be easy to talk too.

No wonder teachers are so worn out and tired. This is a very good example of it. You are asked the same question over and over all throughout the day and you just feel exhausted at the end of it because it's the same thing every freakin' time.

This side of him i think really resemble steve rogers, i like seeing him joke around and laughing but this serious side and still being civil even when he's tired is interesting too.

All these people criticizing her for her questions. Why don't you become interviewers and ask the better questions then?

Damn. The first few seconds of this video he's looking at this interviewer almost like he wants to kill her, but with a glimmer of despair in his eyes. He was probably just exhausted from the non-stop press he's had to do all over the world for the last few weeks, being asked the same questions over and over again, while not being able to say much about the movie anyway.

She was a great interviewer! As for Chris, I totally get it. I have horrible jet lag even going to England, which is only 5 hours ahead of my time zone, so going to Singapore would probably knock me off my ass for at least 3 full days!

When Chris is bored, do something, interviewer. I'd have dozens of ideas how to make it more fun for him...

Can i say that a not laughing and not joking around chris is really intimidating and kinda scary?

Damn, I think sometimes we can really fail as movie viewers to appreciate the hard work that actors do to put these movies together. They may make it look sooo easy but in reality they're going through hell while they are ACTING to not feel that way at all. So I think for interviewing actors we should consider their pleasures rather than our own. Because damn, poor Chris Evans looks so miserable having to answer some of these questions and he looks like he really doesn't want to be there right now. :/ Just my opinion though.
