¡Dímelo Papi! He mainly uses Krav Maga (Israeli Special Forces FS), but that itself is a mixed martial art. A combination of Judo, Aikido, Karate and some kickboxing.

His humanity and capacity for self-control impresses me. He could kick a Ford Ranger with one leg and make it look easy. With that kind of leg strength, Cap's human opponents' legs would snap like twigs if he kicked them for real (esp if he uses a Muay Thai low kick). The same push kick he used to kick the Ford Ranger could very well stop a guy's heart or at least shatter his ribcage. And then there are his punches. If he could stop a chopper with his biceps, he could probably punch a man's head straight off his shoulders. You could tell that he's been pulling his punches in all his fights.

The thing about captain America is that he just doesn’t give up. That’s what makes him so dangerous. My dude don’t need to fly he gonna jump off a building and use his shield to help his fall. I found it interesting that The Avengers movie was the last time Cap used a gun in battle. He picked up a M4 when his shield was out of reach. It amazes me how he knew how to use a modern weapon since he was likely only taught how to use a M1 Garand and M1911A1 in WW2

He’s a super soldier, the serum doesn’t only affect his physical capabilities, it also affects his mental, he can basically pick up any weapon and be efficient with it, he picked up Thor’s hammer and used it with great skill, not better than Thor, but good enough to give Thanos a good beating before getting taken down.
