People don't realize how good G2 was in 2020, they were overall the best team in 2019 losing only one BO, but in 2020 since they lost in semi and they were no MSI, people sleep on them, but they were craked, definitely top 2 in the world for 2 years straight. Insane achievement.

if you think about it they were neck and neck with sunning the whole time in groups and only got taken out by the champions so by right they should actually be tied 2nd place with sunning. so basically they are the 2nd best team in the world twice in a row

was expecting a solo kill on Perkz Syndra as Ryze on his debut in FNC but these are all good one of the two GOATs that can just role swap and seamlessly win splits

praying for Elyoya to G2 eventhough Yike is performing well, I believe Elyoya is the only other player in EU besides Caps, who can keep up and not get insta gaped agaist China/Koreans top players.

Just G2 is absoluty better than Mad, in every single position so far besides jungle (and chasy also performing quite good), So yike has the best liners in the entire Lec, with the best Botlane, The best and GOAT in midlane, and one of the best toplaner in top (within photon). So obiously being a jungler in a all winning lane team allows Yike performing that much, and Elyoya not performing so well. But I agree that yike is performing well, just it is so much easier doing that with G2 laners than with the Mad Laners.

@@mralberdi-l6760 i agree with you but you can also see that Yike can play Further play style carry initiater peel and he succeed with everye one of them Good smiter, rlly large champion pool and he read in every jgl ennemy (look at the game precisely he cheat and counter every move action of the other) For me he is the best player on lec right now with Mikyx Elyoya is rlly rlly good but a bit less!

I'd add TF to the list. It may not be the flashiest champion, but the way Caps pilots that champ feels like he could dodge anything and he should get a shoe deal.

Not a G2 fan or a West fan, but you can't deny that Caps and Perkz really brought back Western League. Nowadays, whenever you hear copium for the West, its funny, but back then, the balance between the east and west has been so one-sided, and these two really brought back hope. That no matter how much the odds are stacked up against you (the west), you can always hold on to the fact that something good can happen. Without these guys, Copium for the west wouldn't even exist.
