Yes I do agree- I left 5 yrs ago and they continue to reach out every 6 months or so. My spirit chooses to not respond, as to do so in their mind tells them all is ok. I cannot let this person back in my life and disturb my peace it took me this long to get back. I gave them years & tried so hard to change the outcome. I realize I gave too much , I did not set the boundaries. I can own that but at the end of the day only I can change me and my life , and wish them the best from a distance.
