Regan, I am 47 years old, Believe in the fact that he who plants a tree will also provide the water. It could be God or the Universe's energy. Wish you strength, this too shall pass, i saw the worst myself this year, but recovered superb, living alone in an isolated location with nature, thanks to long walks and Yoga. Regan Parenton Join a yoga class; interesting females love yoga! Take one or two not too strenuous night/weekend courses that interest you; it’s a great way to meet people...or a bike club might do it. It’s a shame so much of our social activity is centred around booze.
