I can tell you this exact scenario was ME in January… I was an emotional wreck, questioning every single move I made because of my job. That‘s exactly what I did too and never regretted it. With no back up plan or new job offer either. It was an OTT toxic environment and only now I am truly on the mend. If anyone else is experiencing this please listen to your intuition, find the strength, the courage to stand up for yourself and walk out. I know it’s easier said then done but ask yourself this - who else other than yourself truly cares about your wellbeing? Love & light♥️
